The Assembly: Final Construction Update

We’re excited to share that construction at 18–24 Loam Street, Acacia Ridge is now complete. Titles are on track for registration, which means occupation will be possible in mid-late September 25.

Out of the development’s 21 units total, only a limited number remain.

This strata complex is unique for Acacia Ridge, where industrial land is becoming increasingly scarce. The developer, Sunny Dev, and builder, Hipwood Group, have worked together to deliver a project that stands out. Particular attention was given to the finishes, ensuring these units offer a real point of difference in the marketplace.

It’s been a rewarding journey bringing this project to life, and we’re proud of the result.
